AdvantageCare Physicians conducts COVID testing for established patients only, by appointment, following a telehealth or office visit to assess the need for COVID testing. COVID testing may also be required prior to some types of care or services.

AdvantageCare Physicians does not offer travel-related testing or testing to return to work.

To achieve full protection against COVID-19, you must receive all required vaccine doses and wait the necessary amount of time for the vaccine to take effect. After you’re immunized, it’s important to continue following current New York State guidelines and CDC news around masks and social distancing.

Immunization is the best way to protect yourself from COVID-19. For additional protection, wash your hands frequently and continue following all recommended guidelines around mask-wearing, social distancing, and hygiene.

Besides showing a vaccine card, New York State residents can use Excelsior Pass as another form of proof that they’ve been vaccinated against COVID-19.

You can obtain your Excelsior Pass by signing up online or downloading the Excelsior Pass Wallet app. If you do so, be sure to provide your name exactly as it appears in your patient record.
