Every Care Team is anchored by a Primary Care Provider who works with a group of highly qualified, trained, and licensed health care providers, and supports team members to ensure that you get the right care at the right time.
Your Care Team
Physician Assistants (PA)
Physician Assistants are licensed to diagnose and treat, as well as prescribe medication. Their skills and experience broaden patient access to care.
Registered Nurses (RN)
As part of your Care Team, RNs will assist with care services such as injections, screenings, and patient education. RNs also help coordinate your care experience by scheduling follow-up visits, and more.
Care Team Associates (CTA)
CTAs will guide you through routine aspects of your visit, such as collecting insurance info and copayments, scheduling appointments, and more. They’ll also take your vitals and make sure your patient data and information are up to date before you see your PCP.
