In the meantime, your provider will relocate to one of our other nearby ACPNY medical offices for ongoing patient care. Appointments scheduled at the Flatiron District Medical Office after April 24 have been automatically transferred to the offices listed below. We will contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment. No action is needed.
