Dr. Carlos Hernandez Torres graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez and New York Medical College. He is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine, and board certified in hospice and palliative medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Hernandez Torres is a member and fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and an advisor for “Compassion and Choices.” He is interested in general adult medicine, addiction medicine (opioid use disorder), hospice and end of life care, and public health.
