Dr. Faraaz Siddiqui is a graduate of Barry University and Ross University School of Medicine and affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital. He completed his residency at Adena Health System and is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the Education Council of Foreign Medical Graduates. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine and the New York State Academy of Family Physicians. As a family medicine provider, Dr. Siddiqui focuses on preventive care, patient education, and full-spectrum care for all age groups. Outside of the office, Dr. Siddiqui also has a passion for travel, hiking, gardening, soccer, football, basketball, and tennis.
