New York, NY (May 8,2025) – District 37 Council (DC 37) has collaborated with AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY), one of the largest primary and specialty care practices in New York City, to provide direct health care services to members at the DC 37 Health Center, located at 115 Chambers St. in Manhattan. This new medical office will offer high-quality care, including same-day and next-day appointments.
“I’m proud to bring AdvantageCare Physicians’ high-quality, primary and specialty care to our health center on Chambers Street,” said Henry Garrido, Executive Director of DC 37. “This facility represents a significant milestone for us in providing a new, accessible location for our members to receive comprehensive healthcare and wellness services in a welcoming and state-of-the-art environment.”
The practice, open to the public, will operate Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
