Encouraging growth and development is an important part of the employee experience at AdvantageCare Physicians. We empower our employees to develop both personally and professionally through a variety of programs, including heavily collaborative “innovative experiences,” in which team members come together to share stories from their own lives, discuss research, and ultimately learn from one another. These experiences include internal courses on:
- Social determinants of health care
- Cultural competence in health care
- Exploring unconscious biases
By exploring these topics together, our goal is to strengthen our interpersonal connections, as well as our connections to the communities we serve.
