Step 1:

Check to see if ACPNY accepts your insurance. If not, consider becoming an EmblemHealth member.

Step 2:

Visit your health insurance company’s website or member portal to designate a PCP if required. If you’re an EmblemHealth member, sign in here.

Step 3:

Schedule your first appointment with your new Primary Care Provider.
